Max is a seasoned entrepreneur with a previous exit of his first company; He worked for multiple years as a consultant for Roland Berger and Rainmaking advising large corporations to innovate within the changing energy market and launch new startups such as Table Pointer and Solar AI.​

Raisa wields over 7 years of extensive experience in finance. With a robust background in financial management, she is recognized for her expertise in navigating complex Indonesian Fin-tech licensing processes and ensuring compliance, as well as her proficiency in debt and equity fundraising activities, all contributing to the sustainable growth and success of Agros. Raisa is passionate about leveraging her financial expertise to drive positive impact and sustainable growth.​

Aziz brings extensive experience in mechanical engineering, product development, and sustainable technology. With a strong background in engineering and research, he is recognized for his expertise in developing reliable, cost-effective solar-powered water pumping solutions, driving product innovation, and establishing technical and quality standards across Agros’ markets. Abdelaziz is passionate about leveraging engineering and technology to create practical, sustainable solutions that improve access to water and support smallholder farmers.

Yahya brings over 20 years of extensive experience in operations, manufacturing, and supply chain management across Indonesia and Southeast Asia. With a strong background in procurement, sourcing, logistics, and operational excellence, he is recognized for his expertise in building efficient and scalable operations, strengthening supply chain systems, and driving continuous improvement across Agros' markets. Yahya is passionate about leveraging operational excellence to build reliable systems that support Agros' sustainable growth and better serve smallholder farmers.
